Jesús Álvarez Amaya
was born in Mexico City on November 19, 1925.
In 1942 he attended the Art School for Workers Number 1. He studied under Ramon Alva de la Canal. In 1948 he had his own personal exhibition. From 1952 on, he has painted several murals.
In 1956 he joined Taller de Grafica Popular. Since 1967 he is its General Coordinator. In 1965 he was a TGP delegate to the Peace Congress in Helsinki.
During the 1968 students’ demonstrations in Mexico City, Álvarez Amaya made a lithography of Che Guevara. It was very well received by the students, who used it as a poster in their protests. He also made a lithography of president Allende, at the time he died. It was later used as an homage to the Memory of Salvador Allende.
At present he lives in Mexico City.

Adolfo Quinteros
was born June 1, 1928 in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico. A scholarship from the State Government of Chihuahua enabled him to move to Mexico City to study art at San Carlos Academy from 1951 to 1955.
He was a member of the Taller de Gráfica Popular and Secretary General to the Taller, in 1960, and again 1963. He was part of The Mexican Fine Arts movement in 1957 and traveled to Czechoslovakia, USSR, RDA, and Holland in 1959.
He co-founded the Jardin Del Arte and its president from 1966 to 1967. He was the recipient of a number of Mexican and International Art Awards.

Sarah Jimenez
was born February 3, 1928 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. She lived in Mexico City. She studied Art at the San Carlos Academy, in Mexico City.
She joined theTaller de Gráfica Popular in 1954. In 1961 she traveled to the USSR, accepting an Invitation from their Fine Arts association. She resigned from Taller de Gráfica Popular in 1967.
She is known for her mural at the Belizario Dominguez School .

Moshe Gat
was born in 1936 in Haifa, before the formation of the State of Isarel, where he lives now.
From 1951 to 1952 he studied in Art Schools of Haifa and Jerusalem. In 1953 he was awarded the Betzabel scholarship. In 1957 he had his first individual exposition in Tel Aviv, and in several KIBUZZIM. He also was awarded the Israel American Foundation Scholarship. In 1958 he went on a study tour in Europe.
During 1958 and 1960 he resided in Mexico, where he joined the TGP and had an exhibition at the Museo de Arte Moderno. In 1961 he had exhibition in New York, City.
